Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role will involve providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing phone communications with proper etiquette, performing clerical duties such as filing and data entry, and assisting executives with administrative tasks. The Administrative Clerk will also act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring streamlined communication and workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Ability to efficiently organize tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a relevant field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional demeanor in client-facing roles
