Job Description

Timing: 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM (Part-time, Daily)
Salary: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month
Industry: Healthcare / Dental Clinic
Experience: Fresher or 1+ year preferred
Job Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, provide information, and schedule appointments.
Maintain and update patient records and appointment logs.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, billing coordination, and stock records.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Manage patient inquiries politely and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken).
Decent and presentable appearance, with polite and patient behavior.
Knowledge of basic computer operation.
Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
Prior experience in a clinic or front-desk role is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week

Evening shift
