Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, managing communication, and assisting executives with various tasks. The role will also involve clerical duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Experience in event management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
