Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors, provide assistance, and address queries professionally.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments & follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate personnel.
Assist doctors and medical staff with administrative requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
