Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors, provide assistance, and address queries professionally.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments & follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist doctors and medical staff with administrative requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
