Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily clerical tasks, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining and organizing files, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and supporting executive team members with administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining a professional communication manner and ensuring smooth operational workflows.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
  • Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Must be highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
