Job Description:

Magic Myna Pvt Ltd is seeking an Administrative Assistant Should have excellent oral and written communication skills, secretarial work, Multilingual, Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability, documentation, and the ability to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and Office.

Experience : 2+ years.

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work well with others.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Travel & Hotel Booking
  • Petty cash Handling
  • Coordinate with candidates and arranging interviews
  • Assisting HR activities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on computers including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) is a plus.

DTA Phase- II, Mahindra World City, Jaipur Ajmer Road

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
