About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at K-3 Consulting. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support in different areas of business. From extracting data, managing database, and ect. Clerical skills will also be essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in science, commerce or arts proffered
• Written language fluency in English
• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Ability to work US hours (up to 5 AM IST)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Clerical Skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
