Job Description

Role Overview: As a Facility Executive, your main responsibility will be to enhance comfort and efficiency in the office environment. You will be in charge of arranging regular preventative maintenance and repairs for the facilities, ensuring cleanliness by scheduling regular cleaning services, and maintaining all office equipment in good working order. Your role will also involve being proactive in identifying potential emergencies, managing such situations, and following escalation and incident reporting procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
