About This Role

Position Type: Contingent /Contract

Position Summary

Supporting and upkeep of store, inventory management and preparation of stock register
The incumbent should report pilferage and deploy controls to avoid thefts and misuse
Supporting in ground transportation balancing cost and comfort considerations
Procurement of office stationery and distribution as per users requirements
Responsible for housekeeping, sanitization and focus on employee health and safety
Manage office imprest and reconcile statements on a periodic basis
Manage cafeteria as per health guidelines and continuing to monitor the quality of food articles served
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Skill Set required.

Candidates must hold a general education degree
Team player
Empathy
Confidentiality
Friendly and professional demeanor

Experience - 1-3 years with Admin and Partially with Inventory and logistics work .

Qualification - Any stream is open with Graduate Degree or Management equivalent degree.
