Our client, a reputable firm located in Andover, MA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior management. In this role, you'll be the backbone of the office, managing essential administrative functions that keep our client's leadership running smoothly. You'll coordinate calendars, organize travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and provide vital support for meetings and events. Compensation: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually * Listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range. What You'll Bring Demonstrated proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently Experience coordinating travel plans and handling expense reports with accuracy Excellent communication skills, capable of handling calls and relaying information with confidentiality Strong ability to plan and organize meetings, events, and company functions Flexibility to respond to after-hour needs, including travel and scheduling adjustments A bachelor's degree combined with 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership Sharp attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Self-motivated, proactive with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Additional Requirements Onsite presence is required for this role, with expectations of being available for travel and after-hours support as needed Willingness to participate in company meetings and stay engaged with ongoing projects Our Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
