Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Karnal. The Administrative Assistant will provide support by managing daily office tasks such as scheduling, organizing, and ensuring smooth documentation processes. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, maintaining records, assisting executives with administrative duties, and performing clerical tasks as needed to ensure office operations are efficient and effective.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills
• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to work on-site in Karnal
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred
