Responsibilities Visit client sites to service and maintain cooling towers, boilers, and RO plants, ensuring proper chemical treatment and plant performance. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, and RO operations without supervision. Perform on-site water testing and interpret results to recommend corrective actions. Monitor chemical dosing systems, plant performance parameters, and ensure compliance with agreed service standards. Maintain service logs and prepare basic reports after each visit.
