Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing remote administrative, technical, and operational support to our US Client. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing virtual administrative support such as scheduling, email management, and document organization. - Utilizing digital tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and project management systems to efficiently manage and track tasks. - Assisting with data entry, file management, and organization of cloud-based storage. - Supporting social media management by creating posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement. - Conducting online research, generating reports, and updating databases. - Managing CRM systems and aiding in client follow-ups and communications. - Troubleshooting basic technical issues and assisting in setting up digital tools and accounts. - Ensuring confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks. Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support Specialist would be beneficial. - Proficiency in English. - Strong computer skills and ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools. - Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools. - Effective communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. - Capacity to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a remote setting. - Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media tools, or CRM systems is advantageous.
