Managing all the Annual Maintenance Contract & Files with proper date wise Coordinate to OEM for material. Maintenance of Register for dispatch of Couriers, Materials etc. & Receiving of Letter from department Complete File management related to Operations ,AMC work Attendance System To maintain the record manually of In and Out material related to speed post, by post , by courier, by Transport. Maintain File (Filing the Docate Slip). Tracking of Shipped Product status review delivered or not.
