Administration Officer

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Sample Management & Tracking
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all samples issued to salespersons, distributors, and merchandisers.
• Track inward/outward movement of samples and ensure proper return/closure of records.
• Regularly update the sample inventory register/software for accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams to ensure no sample is misplaced.
• Damage Control
• Conduct regular visits to factory, warehouse, and showroom to inspect product handling.
• Identify causes of product damages (transport, handling, storage) and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain a damage register and report monthly status to management.
• Work with operations team to reduce percentage of damaged goods.
• Product Hygiene & Maintenance
• Ensure all displayed products (showroom, factory, sample room) are kept in clean, fresh, and presentable condition.
• Implement proper storage and handling guidelines for different product categories.
• Train support staff on maintaining hygiene standards.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate between sales, merchandising, factory, and showroom staff to streamline sample and damage management.
• Prepare weekly MIS reports on sample movements, damages, and hygiene status.
• Escalate issues to management for quick resolution.
• Process Improvement
• Develop and implement systems/checklists for sample issuance and return.
• Suggest improvements in packaging, storage, or handling to minimize product damages.
• Contribute to building a disciplined and transparent sample management culture in the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
