Job Description

Administrative Support:

  • Managing files, both physical and digital.
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
  • Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, and records.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements.

Office Operations:

  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders.
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment.
  • Providing information to employees and clients.

Communication:

  • Handling internal and external communications effectively.
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Other Tasks:

  • Assisting with data entry and database management.
  • Preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinating with other departments or external parties.
  • Supporting the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
