Administrative Support: Managing files, both physical and digital. Answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events. Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, and records. Assisting with travel arrangements.
