Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract administration for annual maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to facility administration.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost savings through effective resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Property Management, Rent Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Facility Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
