Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the administrative department, including housekeeping, pest control, transport, pantry/canteen, and security services.
  • Ensure uninterrupted facility services and workplace utilities with minimum downtime.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise facility maintenance activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, utilities, and office infrastructure.
  • Monitor asset utilization and upkeep.
  • Identify, empanel, and evaluate service vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and vendor performance is reviewed periodically.
  • Manage renewals, contracts, compliance documentation, and service audits.
  • Supervise civil maintenance, repair, and renovation projects.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors for timely execution.
  • Implement safety protocols, emergency evacuation plans, and periodic drills.
  • Ensure zero violations and compliance with fire, safety, and statutory norms.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities during crises or emergencies.
  • Maintain dashboards, generate periodic reports, and track KPIs.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
