Maintenance and Repairs:

• Conduct regular inspections of accommodation facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues reported by residents.

Coordination and Supervision:

• Coordinate maintenance activities with other team members and external contractors as necessary.
• Supervise the work of maintenance staff and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a schedule of maintenance activities to minimize disruption to residents.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions to address hazards.
• Promote a culture of safety among residents and maintenance staff.

Inventory and Supplies:

• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts needed for maintenance work.
• Procure necessary materials and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Keep accurate records of inventory usage and replenishment.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accommodation maintenance.

Resident Relations:

• Communicate effectively with residents to understand their maintenance needs and concerns.
• Address and resolve resident complaints related to accommodation maintenance promptly and professionally.
