A.

1. Administrative Leadership

• Lead the overall plant administration across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Establish standardized administrative processes for infrastructure, safety, logistics, and workforce services.
• Act as the nodal point for all plant-related administrative escalations and coordination.

2. Security & Safety Management

• Ensure comprehensive security protocols across plants (physical, electronic, and personnel).
• Coordinate with security agencies and ensure zero breach of safety norms.
• Implement and monitor fire safety, emergency response, and disaster management systems.

3. Infrastructure & Facility Management

• Oversee upkeep, maintenance, and modernization of plant buildings, utilities, roads, canteens, hostels, and rest areas.
• Drive energy optimization, facility audits, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules and compliance with statutory standards.

4. Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage contracts for housekeeping, security, transport, catering, waste disposal, and maintenance vendors.
• Conduct vendor performance audits and ensure cost-effective, quality service delivery.

5. Transport, Travel & Logistics

• Oversee company transportation for staff, material movement, and inter-plant logistics.
• Ensure route safety, cost control, and optimal vehicle utilization.
• Coordinate guest travel, accommodation, and logistics for senior management visits.

6. Employee Services & Welfare

• Manage canteen, restrooms, medical, and recreation facilities ensuring hygiene and employee comfort.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels through effective welfare services and prompt issue resolution.
• Partner with HR for welfare and engagement initiatives at plant level.

7. Discipline & Administration Control

• Maintain plant discipline, attendance, and behavioral standards in line with company policies.
• Conduct periodic inspections and enforce code of conduct compliance across all plants.

8. Cost Efficiency & Budget Management

• Prepare and monitor annual administrative budgets for all plants.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality and compliance.

9. Technology & Continuous Improvement

• Drive digital systems for visitor management, asset tracking, and maintenance logs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety awareness, and operational excellence.

• Preference for candidates who are at an active career stage, with the energy and agility required to manage extensive on-ground operations and multi-location responsibilities.
• Prior experience involving frequent travel across geographically dispersed plant locations will be a strong advantage.
• Strong digital orientation with working knowledge of modern administrative systems, technology platforms, and automation tools.
• Reasonable awareness of emerging digital and AI-enabled trends relevant to administration, facilities management, and operational efficiency.
• High level of integrity, discipline, leadership presence, and stakeholder management capability
