Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Activation and deactivation of employee SIM cards.
Tracking employee SIM card billing, porting, and international roaming charges.
Coordinating monthly meetings with service providers (Airtel/Vodafone) to resolve open concerns.
Updating and maintaining the master file of employees.
Keeping a payment tracker for employee SIM cards.
Maintaining a payroll deduction tracker for employees.
Monitoring agreement tracker and notifying the cluster/service center manager for renewals.
Ensuring agreement renewals are completed as per company policies.
Maintaining billing records, including monthly rentals, registration charges, and security deposits.
Keeping track of GST and non-GST payments and coordinating with managers for invoice processing.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in telecom or logistics.
Skills:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining trackers and records.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in vendor management and invoice processing.
