Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch operations.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and transport slips.
  • Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and internal warehouse teams.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of materials/products as per requirements.
  • Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders with status reports.
  • Maintain dispatch records, logs, and MIS reports accurately.
  • Handle dispatch-related queries, delays, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transport guidelines.
  • Monitor vehicle availability, loading/unloading activities, and route planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations.
  • Good knowledge of dispatch processes and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
