Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales calls from the company-provided spreadsheet and pass validated leads to the sales team.
• Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Ensure office equipment is serviced and maintained regularly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital records.
• File documents systematically for easy retrieval.
• Provide backend support across departments as needed.
• Draft, format, and manage both internal and external correspondence.
• Assist with HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and timesheet management.
• Uphold the company dress code (company shirt, formal attire, and proper grooming).
• Maintain utmost professionalism, decency, and decorum in the workplace.
• Help enforce office policies and ensure smooth internal communication flow.
