Job Title: Visa Executive – Study Abroad Admissions Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: Minimum 1 year in the study abroad industry Type: Full-Time About Us At Top Notion Visa, we specialize in guiding students through successful visa applications and foreign admissions. We're seeking a proactive Visa Executive with hands-on experience in the study abroad sector to join our growing team. Responsibilities Counsel students for admission to international universities (USA, UK, Canada, other countries etc.) Manage end-to-end application and documentation processes Coordinate with foreign institutions for application updates and offers Review and organize financial and academic documents for visa filing Maintain regular communication with students and parents for updates Stay current with admission intakes, visa rules, and embassy requirements Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad admissions or visa consultancy Strong knowledge of university application procedures communication skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
