Role Summary
We are looking for a Travel & Visa Executive with hands-on experience in European visa filing and basic travel package coordination. The ideal candidate will assist clients with documentation, embassy appointments, and itinerary planning, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle visa applications for Schengen countries (tourist)
• Guide clients on documentation, embassy protocols, and interview preparation
• Coordinate basic travel services: flight bookings, hotel reservations, insurance, and forex
• Communicate with VFS centers, embassies, and travel vendors
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, follow-ups, and client interactions
• Stay updated on visa regulations and embassy timelines
• Deliver client service aligned with TopNotionVisa’s standards of professionalism and clarity

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 years of experience in visa filing (Europe focus preferred)
• Familiarity with VFS Global and Schengen documentation requirements
• Basic knowledge of travel bookings and itinerary planning
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
