As an Administrative Assistant, your role involves providing clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Your responsibilities will include: - **Office Management:** Managing office supplies, maintaining databases, organizing filing systems, and updating office policies. - **Communication:** Answering phones, responding to inquiries from employees and clients, and handling correspondence. - **Scheduling and Coordination:** Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing agendas. - **Data Management:** Entering and maintaining data, preparing reports, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. - **Project Support:** Tracking deadlines, facilitating communication, and assisting with project management. - **General Support:** Greeting clients and customers, and providing general administrative support. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have a minimum of an Undergraduate Degree. - Fluent in English. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule with a yearly bonus. The preferred languages for this role are Hindi and English. The work location is in person.,
