The job context of this position is to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the international travel portfolio, which includes areas such as Visa, Foreign exchange, and international ticketing. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high service standards with internal and external customers. You will face several major challenges in this role, such as proper documentation through Visa agencies and obtaining visas according to the requirements of our internal customers, including multiple country visas, long-term visas, and visa renewals. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing foreign exchange support based on the country of travel, as well as handling the submission and settlement of accounts post-travel. Moreover, you will be involved in managing travel insurance and hotel arrangements. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities: Supporting Actions: International Travel Booking: - Assist in international ticketing. - Provide advice on smart travel routes and connections in terms of cost and time efficiency. International Travel - VISA and Documentation: - Process visas as per requirements. - Coordinate visa appointments. - Assist in online visa processing and documentation. International Travel - ForEx Management: - Arrange foreign exchange as per the travel destination. - Support in settling foreign exchange post-exchange. International Travel - Insurance and Assistance: - Manage travel insurance. - Provide assistance in hotel booking outside India. Travel MIS: - Maintain a comprehensive MIS related to international travel. Vendor Management: - Control and monitor the work carried out by vendors related to international travel. - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work and documentation.,
