Job Summary:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, maintaining records, and supporting various departments to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage general office administration, housekeeping, and maintenance.

· Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other materials.

· Maintain records of attendance, leave, and employee movements.

· Manage vendor coordination, quotations, and billing.

· Supervise office infrastructure, equipment, and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

· Support HR and accounts departments in documentation and logistics.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport facilities.

· Handle courier, mail distribution, and inward/outward registers.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

· Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· 1 –5 years of experience in office administration or facility management.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
