Admin & Virtual Assistant


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative and Virual Assistant

  • Handling emails, follow-ups, and routine coordination
  • Providing

    virtual assistant support to German-based clients

  • Maintaining trackers, spreadsheets, and internal records
  • Supporting documentation, data entry, and reporting
  • Managing task lists, deadlines, and operational follow-ups


Social Media Support

  • Creating posts and creatives using

  • Scheduling and posting content as per instructions
  • Assisting with basic content coordination


Freelance Platform Activities

  • Submitting proposals on platforms such as

    Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru

  • Following defined formats and guidelines for proposals
  • Updating bid trackers and lead status


Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Working knowledge of

    Canva

  • Basic familiarity with freelance platforms
  • Good written English communication
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
