Role Summary

Executive Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & meeting management
• General admin tasks (emails, correspondence, documentation)
• Research & support on special projects
• Travel & accommodation booking
• CRM/data entry, lead generation & contact management
• E-commerce store handling (Amazon, product listings, inventory)
• Basic customer service (no heavy cold calling)
• Social media management & ad campaign support

Requirements

• 2+ years in Virtual Assistant or similar roles (US/UK client experience preferred)
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills
• Tools: Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, CRMs, scheduling tools, Asana, Trello, etc.
• Comfortable working evening IST shifts
