Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Oversee the daily administrative operations on-site, including document management, correspondence, and office coordination.
- Maintain project files, ensuring they are updated and accessible for project managers and site supervisors.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, & messages.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and schedules related to the site s activities.
Site Coordination:
- Support the coordination of supplies and materials needed on-site.
- Help ensure the site operates efficiently by assisting with scheduling deliveries, managing resources, and resolving logistical challenges.
- Assist with coordinating subcontractors and ensuring they adhere to deadlines and quality standards.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Familiarity with construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
