ensures smooth daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a functional workspace, including tasks like scheduling, organizing, and managing supplies. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities and skills:Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintaining and organizing office files, both physical and digital.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing and updating databases and records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Managing calendars and agendas for staff and management.
  • Coordinating events and activities.
  • Office Management:
  • Ordering and managing office supplies.
  • Maintaining office equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping and budgeting tasks.
  • Greeting visitors and providing customer service.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Facilitating communication between departments and teams.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Educational Qualification:-

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .
  • Preferred: Degree or diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Practice, or Management Studies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and filing systems.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary is an added advantage.
