Admin Officer

• Supervise and Coordinate:Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
• Maintain Cleanliness:Ensure all areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces, are cleaned and maintained to established standards.
• Inventory Management:Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning products, linens, and other necessary items.
• Guest Relations:Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services, ensuring a positive experience.
• Health and Safety:Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Staff Training:Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
• Reporting:Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the appropriate personnel.
• Deep Cleaning:Coordinate and participate in deep cleaning projects as needed.
• Compliance:Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Record Keeping:Maintain records of completed tasks, inventory levels, and other relevant information.
• Special Projects:Assist with special cleaning projects and requests from guests or management.
