We’re looking for an Admin Officer to support an education services company, ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients and respond to calls & emails

Manage data entry and maintain accurate databases

Prepare and collate confidential documentation

Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Take meeting notes and conduct research as required

Skills & Requirements:

Strong written & verbal communication in English

Fluency in Kannada (other regional languages are a plus)

Prior Admin Support or Customer Support experience preferred

Quick learner with basic computer & email skills

Customer-centric approach and ability to work in cross-cultural setups

Job Type: Full-time | On-site (MG Road Bangalore)

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with the right skills welcome)
