"Urgent Hiring For Admin Assistance" (3+ years)

Primary Responsibilities:

Need to arrange the facilities to Management & Staff to work in Clean Environment
Need to Monitor Office Assistant, Housekeeping & Security
All the AMC to be taken care including A.C, DG, & Inverters
All the Repairs & Maintenance to be take care including Building, DG, Electrical, Carpentry & Plumbing.
All the Expenses sealed with Approved Budget.
Arrangement of Director & Staff Travelling for official trip
Arrangement of Staff Welfare
Safety & Security Precautions
Security systems to be monitored with CCTV, Door Access Control & etc.
Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting the Information Security Management System.
