Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Human resources:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination).
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
  • Draft HR letters, memos, and internal communication.
  • Support performance management documentation and feedback collection.
  • Administration:
  • Handle general office administration and coordination.
  • Assist in vendor management and documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and other HRMIS data.
  • Support in organizing meetings, trainings, and office events.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
