Admin Head (Amreli, Gujarat)

Vision Flying Training Institute is a fast-growing aviation training institute known for its high standards and professionalism. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Admin Head to lead and manage our Amreli branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and operations of the institute.
• Maintain student records, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage infrastructure, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Assist with budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Ensure discipline, efficiency, and smooth functioning of the institute.
• Report regularly to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Administration/Operations (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
• Male candidates only.
