Role & responsibilities

  1. Candidates handled/handling should have expertise in managing front desks of any head offices of company / office having 250-300 employee count & co-relating visitors footfall.
  2. Should have eye detailing approach to report admin related issues at first level – resource will be first level of SPOC for HO as far as all admin daily operations, vendor management, backend bill processing.
  3. Basic excel management for expense management / tracking.
