Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns, oversee project execution, and drive adoption of martech tools including AI-powered chatbots. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, excellent presentation capabilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer engagement and marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, etc.)
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies

Presentation & Communication

  • Create compelling presentations for internal reviews, leadership updates, and client pitches
  • Translate complex data and strategies into clear, visually engaging formats
  • Present campaign results and martech performance to senior leadership

Martech Tools & Automation

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools)
  • Drive integration and usage of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc.
  • Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and personalization strategies are effectively implemented

AI Bots & Chatbot Management

  • Oversee development and deployment of AI-powered chatbots for customer engagement
  • Collaborate with tech teams to define bot workflows, intents, and user journeys
  • Monitor bot performance and continuously improve based on analytics and feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in campaign management, martech, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
  • Experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI

Preferred Attributes:

  • Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) or martech tools
  • Experience in AI/ML applications in marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude
