Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, calls, and courier services.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with documentation and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of office premises.
  • Maintain vendor records and coordinate with service providers.
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees (ID cards, workstation setup, etc.).
  • Prepare reports and maintain administrative files and records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
