About the Role
VedAtma Consulting is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Administrator to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functioning, acting as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
● Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars efficiently.
● Handle office correspondence, emails, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
● Maintain and organize files, records, databases, and confidential documents.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
● Support senior management with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
● Assist in maintaining a well-organized, productive, and professional work environment.
● Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in executive administration or a similar role.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
