As an Executive - Admin at apna.co, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the lab facility. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating procurement of office/lab supplies and maintaining inventory - Managing service contracts, AMC/CMC for lab equipment and utilities - Coordinating with vendors for services and repairs - Ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of facility-related records - Handling visitor management and front-desk support, if required In terms of Electrical Maintenance, you will be expected to: - Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of electrical systems such as UPS, HVAC, panels, generators, etc. - Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues promptly to avoid downtime - Coordinate with external electrical service providers for advanced issues - Ensure that backup power systems (generators/inverters) are operational - Monitor energy usage and suggest improvements for efficiency As part of Facility Management, your duties will include: - Supervising housekeeping, pest control, and waste disposal (biomedical/non-biomedical) - Ensuring compliance with NABL/NABH/ISO and other regulatory standards related to infrastructure - Monitoring safety systems such as fire alarms, extinguishers, CCTV, and access controls - Coordinating periodic deep cleaning, fumigation, and preventive maintenance - Providing support in renovation, space planning, or setting up new lab facilities Please note that the company's contact information is provided below for your reference: HR Ruchita - 9594676901 Please connect between 10AM to 06PM for any further inquiries or discussions.,
