Job Description

Knowledge of Labor law, Labor Compliances, Govt. Liaisoning.
Prior Experience in working with contractors in construction companies.
To Provide assistance in site administration, HR activities and facility management such as guest house management, security, Housekeeping, refreshment, sitting arrangement etc
To prepare & adhere labour Compliance under CLRA & BOCW such as attendance verification, payroll, ESIC, PF, Labour Cess, Monthly labour Payment.
Monthly submission & Verification of Labour Contractor's invoices, Guest House's bills, Security & Housekeeping invoices.
Day To day Administration and facilities work at site
Maintaining all register form 19 to form 23 under BOCW
To Provide assistance in site administration and facility management such as guest house management, security, Housekeeping, refreshment, sitting arrangement etc.
To provide MIS periodically (Daily labour report, Total Headcount, Contractor wise manpower report, Petty cash expenses report)
Monthly submission & Verification of Labour Contractor's invoices, Guest House's bills, Security & Housekeeping invoices.
Ensure biometric machine operations & update on time with weekly off & late hours working
Managing welfare of staff at site
Managing mess and guest house for site staff.
Any other work as assigned by Project manager
