Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Multiple Centers (Travel Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations across all centers.
  • Maintain records, documents, and files in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate front office activities, appointments, and visitor handling.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies, and equipment.
  • Travel to different centers regularly to support operations.
  • Visit vendors for purchase requirements, negotiate rates, and collect materials.
  • Compare quotations and support in finalizing vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to all centers.
  • Conduct facility checks, ensure cleanliness, and follow up on maintenance work.
  • Handle courier, vendor payments, bills, and documentation.
  • Prepare daily/weekly admin reports and update management.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate.
  • 1–3 years of admin or purchase experience preferred.
  • Willing to travel between centers and meet vendors.
  • Good communication and basic computer skills.
  • Strong multitasking and coordination ability.
