Job Location : Bavla Job Overview: HCP Wellness Private Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage and streamline administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth facility management, compliance, and coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative activities at the factory, including security, housekeeping, and facility maintenance. Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies and admin-related materials. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies. Maintain records for attendance, shift schedules, and statutory documentation. Coordinate with HR for payroll, employee onboarding, and workforce management. Support audits, safety regulations, and documentation processes. Handle logistics, visitor management, and internal communication. Assist in planning and organizing factory meetings, training sessions, and events. Qualifications & Requirements: Hard Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software. Strong understanding of factory administration, compliance, and labor laws. Experience in vendor management and procurement. Knowledge of audit and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment. Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused. Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in factory administration, preferably in manufacturing, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
