Job Overview We are looking for a Pouch Packing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting pouch packing machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor pouch packing machines to ensure smooth production. Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines according to product specifications. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance. Inspect filled pouches for proper sealing, weight accuracy, and quality compliance. Troubleshoot issues and report any mechanical problems to the maintenance team. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company SOPs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. Record production data and report deviations to the supervisor. Collaborate with the quality control team to meet product standards. Qualifications Requirements Hard Skills Experience in operating pouch packing machines (preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industries). Knowledge of machine calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and other quality control standards. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and SOPs. Soft Skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Time management and ability to meet production targets. Education Certifications Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred. Certification in machine operations or manufacturing processes is a plus. Experience 1-3 years of experience in pouch packing or related machinery in a manufacturing setting.
