Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: 902, Dev Corpora, Opp. Cadbury Junction, Eastern Express Highway, Khopat, Thane West – 400601

Walk-In Interview: 12 PM – 7 PM

Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Starting Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Administration

Immediate Joining: Mandatory

Job Summary:

The Admin Executive Is Responsible for Providing Comprehensive Administrative Support to Ensure Efficient Operation of the Office. This Role Involves Managing Day-To-Day Administrative Tasks, Coordinating with Various Departments, Maintaining Office Facilities, and Assisting in HR, Procurement, and Vendor Management Activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

✅ Oversee Daily Administrative Operations and Ensure Smooth Office Functioning.

✅ Maintain Inventory of Office Supplies and Ensure Timely Replenishment.

✅ Supervise Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance Staff.

✅ Ensure Cleanliness, Safety, and Orderliness of the Workplace.

Vendor & Procurement Management:

✅ Identify and Negotiate with Vendors for Office Supplies, Maintenance Services, and Equipment.

✅ Process Purchase Orders, Quotations, and Invoices in Coordination with the Finance Team.

✅ Maintain Vendor Contracts and Service Agreements.

Travel & Logistics:

✅ Coordinate Travel Arrangements, Hotel Bookings, and Transportation for Employees and Guests.

✅ Organize Company Events, Meetings, and Conferences.

Record Keeping & Documentation:

✅ Maintain Proper Filing Systems (Both Digital and Physical) for Administrative Documents.

✅ Handle Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence, Couriers, and Communication with Stakeholders.

Support to HR & Management:

✅ Assist in Onboarding Activities for New Employees (Desk Setup, ID Cards, Access, Etc.).

✅ Support HR in Organizing Employee Engagement Activities and Maintaining Attendance Records.

✅ Provide General Support to Management and Staff as Required.

Compliance & Reporting:

✅ Ensure Adherence to Company Policies, Safety Procedures, and Statutory Requirements.

✅ Prepare Periodic Reports on Administrative Expenses and Office Operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a Related Field.

✅ Experience: 2–5 Years of Experience in Administration, Office Management, or Similar Roles.

Skills Required:

✅ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

✅ Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

✅ Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills.

✅ Ability to Handle Confidential Information with Integrity.
