Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee canteen operations including cleanliness checks, water availability, and daily food menu review
  • Process canteen/vendor bills and maintain related records
  • Manage consumable stock like coffee vending machine supplies and pantry materials
  • Coordinate material movement (inward and outward) and maintain documentation
  • Handle transport arrangements for employees working in shifts
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure periodic checks for cleanliness, restroom consumables, and pantry areas
  • Monitor AC functioning and coordinate maintenance as needed
  • Support facility management and assist in other administrative tasks as assigned

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior admin/facility management experience preferred
