Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Supervise and manage the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintain billing records and process invoices efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
